Soundproff, a fast-growing company specializing in premium soundproof window solutions, is looking for a driven Russian-speaking Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role involves providing tailored solutions for residential and commercial clients experiencing noise-related issues. The ideal candidate will conduct consultations, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site consultations with clients in Russian and English.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of soundproofing solutions.
• Develop customized proposals based on client needs and technical specifications.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting using AmoCRM.
• Provide professional, responsive customer support and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Russian (native or near-native).
• Advanced-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in sales (UAE market experience is highly advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license and willingness to conduct in-person visits.
• Results-driven, confident, and proactive approach.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
