Glow Beauty on Demand is hiring a Runner for Paul Café in Dubai, Deira City Center. The Runner will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and customer service efficiency within the restaurant. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival to minimize waiting times.

• Clean and polish restaurant equipment, glassware, cutlery, crockery, and chinaware using standard methods.

• Support induction and training of new employees.

• Assist in the restaurant closing process by checking condiment expiry dates, replenishing stock, and managing used table linens for laundry.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school degree required.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar hospitality/restaurant role.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team setting.
