The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation, strong programming skills, and a passion for designing automation solutions that streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation goals and solution designs.

• Write and maintain high-quality code in C#, Java, Python, or VB.NET.

• Follow SDLC best practices for development, testing, and deployment.

• Troubleshoot and optimize automated workflows as needed.

• Ensure solution scalability, security, and performance standards are met.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on RPA development experience.

• Proficiency in UiPath is mandatory.

• Strong coding skills in C#, Java, Python, or VB.NET.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and automation best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, agile work environment.

• UiPath certification is a strong advantage.
