Kintec Global Recruitment is hiring an experienced ROV Supervisor for a full-time offshore position in the UAE. This role involves managing the operations of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) during subsea activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in subsea engineering and hydraulics, proven offshore supervisory experience, and up-to-date industry certifications.

As an ROV Supervisor, you will be responsible for the deployment and recovery of ROV systems, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with dive teams, and overseeing subsea inspections and maintenance activities. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and decision-making ability in high-pressure offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all ROV operations, including deployment, piloting, recovery, and subsea tasks

• Perform and oversee ROV inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Ensure proper functioning of hydraulic systems and associated equipment

• Coordinate with diving and subsea engineering teams for integrated operations

• Enforce all offshore and subsea safety protocols and operational standards

• Maintain detailed operational records and communicate regularly with onshore support teams

• Lead and mentor ROV team members during missions

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in subsea engineering and inspection

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems

• ROC Certification required

• IMCA qualifications and understanding of offshore regulations

• Experience working with diving teams and ROV/dive coordination

• Offshore supervisory experience is essential

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience
