Nova Nannies is looking for an experienced Rota Nanny to care for a 20-month-old toddler in Dubai Hills. This full-time, on-site role offers a flexible rota schedule, live-in, or daily arrangements. The ideal candidate is a British nanny (Norland preferred) with excellent references, warm and engaging personality, and experience supporting toddler development.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Provide professional care and supervision for a 20-month-old toddler.

• Plan activities to support speech, motor skills, social play, and confidence building.

• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

• Adapt to rota, live-in, or full-time daily arrangements.

• Travel with the family as required.

• Communicate effectively with the family regarding child development and daily activities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• British nanny with strong toddler experience; Norland training preferred.

• Proven childcare experience with excellent references.

• Warm, engaging, and confident in early childhood care and development.

• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in dynamic household settings.

• Willingness to live in Dubai Hills during shifts (if live-in).
