Hyde Johannesburg Rosebank, part of the Accor Hotels Group, is seeking a Room Attendant to join its hospitality team in Dubai. Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.

• Replenish guest amenities and ensure requests are fulfilled courteously.

• Report damages, malfunctions, or unusual activities to the Supervisor.

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper functioning.

• Record room status and prepare daily productivity reports.

• Attend daily briefings and complete assigned housekeeping tasks.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies.

• Follow Housekeeping SOPs, Lost & Found procedures, and fire safety protocols.

• Deliver valet services such as linen delivery or laundry processing when required.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Secondary education or equivalent.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.

• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and hotel service standards.

• Ability to work in a team and independently.

• Professional grooming and adherence to hygiene standards.
