Emaar, a leading name in luxury hospitality and real estate, is hiring for a Role in Reservations (VUQ). This full-time, on-site position is responsible for managing all room reservations inquiries, including rates, packages, and promotions, via phone, email, fax, and online platforms. The role aims to maximize customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue generation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle room reservation inquiries promptly and according to company standards

Provide accurate information on rates, packages, and promotions

Maintain high levels of customer service through professional telephone and email communication

Ensure accuracy in bookings and payment processing

Support sales and administrative functions within the department

Achieve individual and team targets related to operational, financial, and quality performance
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in room reservations, preferably with call center exposure

High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred

Certificate in Telephone Skills and Customer Service is an advantage

Strong sales and administrative skills

Good knowledge of computer systems and business English
