This position is responsible for ensuring swimming pool safety, providing flawless service, and creating memorable experiences for guests. Candidates must bring both technical expertise and a genuine service personality aligned with Emaar’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operational tasks are performed in line with service standards and procedures.

• Maintain the highest levels of safety at swimming pools and recreation facilities.

• Deliver proactive guest service, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

• Prevent guest complaints and ensure service recovery when required.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and always prioritize guest interests.

Requirements:

• Lifeguard Certification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hospitality setting.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience for candidates managing teams.

• Strong command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Minimum high school diploma required; degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• Strong service personality, high emotional intelligence, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
