Job Title: Robotics Technical Assistant – Entry Level

Job Description:

We are looking for a Robotics Technical Assistant to support our team in robot maintenance, event coordination, customer support, and technical troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on technical skills and a passion for robotics and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

🤖 Event Support: Accompany robots during rentals at events, exhibitions, and expos to monitor performance and ensure safe operation.
🔧 Robot Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage robots in optimal condition. Assist with logistics, cleaning, and delivery of robots.
📊 Testing & Performance Checks: Install, program, and test robot controllers, tools, and conveyors. Record test results and train operators.
📞 Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via call, chat, email, and walk-ins, providing technical assistance or escalating requests to the right team member.
🚀 Event Participation: Actively engage in Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, Internships, and company-hosted events.

Requirements:

🔹 Degree in a Technology-related field
🔹 Strong IT hardware skills & familiarity with Microsoft Office, Zoho Finance, Zoho CRM Plus
🔹 Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized approach to work
🔹 Excellent customer service & interpersonal communication skills
🔹 Ability to multitask, thrive under deadlines, and provide timely reports
