KEO International Consultants is seeking a skilled Road Engineer (Infrastructure Engineer) to join our award-winning team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious infrastructure projects while contributing to some of the region’s most iconic developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Monitor contractor performance, materials, and workmanship.

• Check alignment, grading, and levels of subgrade, base, and pavement layers.

• Review and approve method statements, work programs, and test results.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

• Maintain site records, prepare progress reports, and support billing verification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in road and infrastructure projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of roadworks, construction supervision, and quality control.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
