Xad Technologies is hiring a Risk and Compliance Lead for a 3-month contract to manage fraud prevention, audit findings, and contract risk assessment. This on-site role in Dubai offers a competitive salary of AED 25,000 – AED 35,000 per month, along with health insurance and visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assess new contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory policies
✔ Oversee fraud management and case resolution
✔ Conduct investigations and liaise with law enforcement agencies
✔ Manage audit findings and ensure timely remediation of risks
✔ Provide quarterly and annual reports on fraud-related issues

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Risk Management, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
✔ 5-7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or fraud prevention
✔ Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
✔ Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or CRCMP preferred
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
