This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in rigging and lifting operations across construction, oil & gas, or equipment rental sectors. The Rigger will ensure safe and efficient movement of heavy materials and machinery in compliance with site safety standards and lift plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect rigging equipment before each use to ensure safety and reliability
• Follow lift plans and instructions from lifting supervisors or engineers
• Secure and attach loads using shackles, chains, slings, hooks, and other rigging gear
• Signal or direct crane operators using hand signals or radios
• Align, level, and anchor machinery or equipment on-site
• Load, transport, and unload heavy materials safely
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment defects immediately
• Assist in setup and dismantling of rigging systems and support structures
• Maintain rigging gear and tools in good condition and ensure proper storage
• Collaborate with crane operators, supervisors, and safety officers for smooth operations

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Rigger in construction, oil & gas, or equipment rental
• Certification in rigging and lifting (TUV or other approved UAE agencies)
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, hand signals, and load balancing
• Understanding of load charts, lift plans, and SWL limits
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces
• Basic English proficiency for safety communication and documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
