Richemont’s Mustaqbalkom Graduate Trainee Program is designed for UAE Nationals to kickstart their careers in luxury through a 24-month structured learning program. The program includes three rotational assignments across various functions, including Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Business Development. Trainees will gain hands-on experience, participate in training assignments, and have the potential for a full-time opportunity upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Participate in a 24-month program with three rotational assignments

• Engage in training assignments and shadow experienced employees

• Undergo retail immersion to understand the business

• Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects and real job responsibilities

• Contribute fresh perspectives and solutions to business challenges

• Seek feedback and work on continuous development

• Regular reviews with senior management for development tracking

Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Passport & UAE Family Book

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (any major)

• 0-2 years of work experience

• Proficiency in English & Arabic

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
