Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retention & Conversion Agent with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of major platforms, be skilled in client negotiations, and excel in building positive, long-lasting customer relationships. Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese is required for this role, along with expertise in the Forex industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese (written and spoken) is essential

• Previous experience in the Forex industry is a MUST

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record as a telesales agent or call center agent, with a strong ability to engage clients and maintain conversations
