This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about gourmet retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences, especially to a tourist clientele.

The successful candidate will drive store performance through effective staff leadership, product merchandising, and sales forecasting, while maintaining high standards in customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily store operations and foster a warm, customer-focused environment.

• Train and supervise retail staff to ensure exceptional service.

• Monitor inventory, oversee merchandising, and liaise with suppliers.
