Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, optimize inventory, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Your leadership and strategic approach will drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and store profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management – Recruit, train, and supervise store employees while fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.

• Store Operations – Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and implement inventory control strategies to reduce shrinkage.

• Sales & Profitability – Develop sales strategies, track performance, and implement initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

• Customer Service – Maintain excellent customer relationships, resolve complaints, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Strong leadership & team management abilities to motivate and develop employees.
✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to engage with customers and staff effectively.
✔ Sales-driven mindset with expertise in identifying customer needs and maximizing sales performance.
✔ Decision-making & problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges swiftly.
✔ Delegation & organizational skills to optimize store efficiency and team productivity.
