As a Retail Stocker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the retail department by managing stock, replenishing shelves, maintaining displays, and assisting guests. Your work will directly impact the customer experience and overall efficiency of store operations.
Your Responsibilities
🛒 Stock & Inventory Management: Load, cut, sort, and replenish stock to ensure product availability.
📦 Warehouse Support: Handle computerized inventory systems, barcode scanners, and pricing machines.
🧹 Store Maintenance: Keep front and back areas clean, mop spills, and maintain a safe environment.
💰 Cashier Support: Assist cashiers with price checks and product replacements.
📞 Guest & Team Assistance: Answer department calls and assist customers with product inquiries.
📊 Merchandising & Display: Arrange and maintain product displays following brand standards.
✅ Promotions & Targets: Work on retail promotions and help achieve sales goals.
📋 Inventory Audits: Assist in quarterly and yearly stock counts.
🌦 Work Conditions: Must be medically fit to work in all weather conditions and physically able to carry/lift items and climb ladders.
Requirements
✅ Education: Higher Secondary or equivalent
✅ Skills: Basic cash handling & inventory knowledge, moderate verbal communication skills
✅ Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- Retail or warehousing experience
- Merchandising knowledge
- Previous cash handling experience
- Additional language skills are an advantage
