Job Description:

We are hiring Retail Sales Executives for immediate placement in Dubai. Candidates must have prior experience working in malls and a strong focus on customer service and sales performance. This role requires engaging directly with customers, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and preferences

• Drive sales through active engagement, suggestive selling, and expert product knowledge

• Answer customer inquiries, handle objections, and resolve concerns effectively

• Escort customers to different product sections and highlight promotional items

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Process payments using various methods including cash, card, and digital payments

• Create and update customer profiles for loyalty and record-keeping purposes

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store display and counters

• Nationality Preferred: India, Nepal, Sri Lanka
