GMG is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Female Sales Assistant to join their retail team in Dubai. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, providing excellent service, supporting sales growth, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance & Sales Support

• Describe product features, benefits, and proper usage.

• Educate customers on brand quality standards and specifications.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products and answer queries.

• Provide guidance on warranties, maintenance, and product care.

• Address customer needs and resolve or escalate complaints.

Sales & Cash Handling

• Achieve sales targets through up-selling and cross-selling.

• Stay updated on promotions, new launches, and pricing.

• Process cash, card, and credit payments, generating invoices and receipts.

• Accurately maintain sales records and follow store procedures.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Follow after-sales procedures, including repair and return policies.

• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control, and standard operating procedures.

• Assist in product placement, display, and store merchandising.

• Maintain high housekeeping and store grooming standards.

Self-Management & Development

• Set performance goals and work actively to achieve them.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and brand information.

• Continuously develop interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or retail. Freshers encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Proactive, customer-first mindset.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Arabic and Russian speakers highly preferred.
