SEPHORA Middle East is seeking a Retail People Leader to drive people strategy across 50+ stores in 5 countries. This role focuses on inspiring, coaching, and developing teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performance environment, and aligning people initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Retail leaders and People CoEs to align people priorities with business goals.

Attract, develop, and retain top retail talent; identify high-potential employees and build succession pipelines.

Lead performance management with clarity, accountability, and fairness.

Oversee employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistent experience.

Provide coaching, guidance, and support in HR operations and change management.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the retail network.

Act as a culture ambassador, fostering an engaging and empowering environment.

Handle employee relations matters with fairness, discretion, and compliance with policies.

Leverage people analytics to build actionable insights and influence decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experienced HR leader with a strong track record in senior HR roles, preferably in retail or fast-paced, multi-country environments.

Proven ability to manage large retail networks and align people strategies with commercial priorities.

Inclusive, hands-on leader balancing strategy with execution.

Skilled communicator and influencer, capable of working across all organizational levels.
