Louis Vuitton is seeking a Retail Learning Manager for its Middle East region, covering a 6-country network. This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance client experience and sales performance. The candidate will lead a team of Field Coach Trainers, focusing on in-store coaching, sales development, and team growth. The position involves frequent travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define and implement training priorities based on market and store needs.
✅ Coach store teams to improve customer engagement and sales techniques.
✅ Observe client interactions and provide tailored coaching feedback.
✅ Support Store Managers in building individual coaching plans for their teams.
✅ Develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction based on Mystery Shopping & VOICE results.
✅ Deliver training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and luxury customer experience.
✅ Work closely with HR, Merchandising, and Training teams to align learning strategies.
✅ Supervise Field Coach Trainers, ensuring smooth training execution across stores.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Proven experience in retail training or store management in a fast-paced, luxury/fashion/hospitality environment.
🔹 Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams.
🔹 Excellent communication skills to deliver feedback and training effectively.
🔹 Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural, and customer-focused environment.
🔹 Organizational and planning skills to manage training across multiple locations.
🔹 Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and delivering world-class customer experiences.
🔹 Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
