Job Title: Retail & Inventory Assistant 

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail & Inventory Assistant to support daily operations at our specialty store in Dubai. This role involves hands-on shop maintenance, engaging with customers, assisting in product promotions, and supporting basic digital and administrative tasks. Ideal for young, motivated female candidates passionate about retail and eager to grow with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Shop Operations & Inventory Support:

• Clean, pack, and maintain knives to ensure they remain in perfect, rust-free condition for sale.

• Accurately organize, label, and manage inventory.

• Keep the store environment clean, orderly, and welcoming for customers.

• Offer knowledgeable support on products such as hunting knives, antiques, collectibles, and walking aids.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly to assist with purchase decisions.

• Help increase sales by using effective communication and product knowledge.

• Participate in in-store promotions and local showcase events when needed.

Digital & Administrative Support:

• Create simple advertisements and social media posts for product promotion.

• Assist with typing, product listings, and minor updates on digital platforms.

• Support WhatsApp and email communication tasks as assigned.

Flexibility & Growth:

• Be open to occasional travel for business activities.

• Demonstrate a willingness to take on new roles and grow within the company.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only, aged 18–30.

• Residing in Dubai, UAE.

• Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Minimum of middle school education (high school preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (typing, internet browsing, email, social media).

• Friendly, hardworking, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
