• Cartier, the renowned luxury brand, is seeking a Retail Excellence Project Manager to join their UAE-based Commercial Operations team. The role involves managing the implementation of commercial projects, optimizing retail operations, and supporting the Operations team with day-to-day tasks. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational improvements and enhance the client experience within the retail, wholesale, and travel retail networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement commercial projects, including organizing in-boutique kick-offs and staff training on new tools.

• Manage the implementation and enhancement of new tools according to HQ guidelines.

• Monitor and assess the performance of ongoing projects.

• Coordinate IT & Security operations, ensuring timely developments and feedback for the local network.

• Provide daily support to boutique teams for operational tasks and digital tools.

• Support operations during major local events like product launches and photoshoots.

• Manage vendor contracts, budget follow-ups, and track invoices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in retail or luxury sectors, with a university degree.

• Excellent project management skills and strong organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with POS systems and SAP.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.

• Experience in budget management and vendor management.

• Fluent in English (French and/or Arabic is a plus).

• Flexibility to work occasional hours outside of the usual schedule and travel within the UAE.
