Retail Excellence Project Manager
Cartier Dubai , UAE

Cartier is seeking a Retail Excellence Project Manager to optimize commercial performance and enhance business efficiency across retail, wholesale, and travel retail networks in the UAE. This role involves coordinating major tools, processes, and operations while providing vital support to commercial teams and boutiques. As a key contributor, the Retail Excellence Project Manager ensures successful project execution, facilitates IT & security operations, assists with daily commercial tasks, and manages vendor contracts and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Implement new commercial projects, train boutique staff, and oversee tool enhancements as per HQ guidelines.
  • IT & Security Management: Coordinate IT & security developments, provide feedback, and train staff on implementations.
  • Commercial & Boutique Support: Act as a primary contact for boutiques, assist in major events, and oversee operational tasks.
  • Vendor & Budget Oversight: Renew supplier contracts, optimize vendor management, and track budget actuals vs allocations.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail/luxury sector with a strong foundation in project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant business systems (SAP, POS systems).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (French and/or Arabic preferred).
  • Availability to work flexible hours and occasionally travel within the UAE.
