Job Description:
We are seeking a Retail Cashier & Customer Service Associate to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience through excellent service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries about products, prices, availability, and promotions, and provide clear, friendly assistance throughout the shopping experience.

• Transaction Handling: Accurately scan items, apply discounts, and process cash, credit, and debit payments while balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of store products and services to guide customers and support upselling and cross-selling efforts.

• Security & Policy Compliance: Follow store policies and security procedures to prevent theft and ensure transaction integrity.

• Accuracy & Efficiency: Verify product prices, quantities, and discounts meticulously to ensure error-free checkouts and satisfied customers.

• Store Collaboration: Work closely with store staff and management to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Cash Handling Expertise: Proven accuracy in managing transactions and maintaining register security.

• Attention to Detail: Capable of identifying pricing or quantity discrepancies quickly and efficiently.

• Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

• Customer Focus: Friendly demeanor with the ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.

• Sales Awareness: Ability to promote products and offer suggestions that enhance the shopping experience.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 0–1 year of experience in a similar cashier or customer-facing retail role.

• Location: Must reside in the United Arab Emirates.
