Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing promotions.

• Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and general store questions with professionalism and clarity.

• Accurately process payments through cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining register integrity.

• Apply company security protocols to minimize theft and fraud, safeguarding both customer and store assets.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area, including restocking bags and keeping displays tidy.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth store operations.

• Utilize product knowledge to support upselling and cross-selling efforts that enhance the customer experience and boost sales.

• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety procedures, and operational standards.
