Join one of Dubai’s leading retail destinations, known for its curated selection of fashion, lifestyle, and adventure brands. We’re currently seeking a Retail Buying & Procurement Specialist to lead purchasing strategies across adventure and outdoor product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic buying plans, accurately forecast product demand, and build compelling seasonal assortments tailored to customer needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.

• Manage procurement budgets, monitor key financial KPIs, and make data-driven buying decisions that align with the company’s growth and profitability targets.

• Lead and collaborate with internal teams to ensure process efficiency, supplier compliance, and operational excellence across the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age: 35

• Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement or buying experience in the retail sector

• Deep understanding of technical gear, outdoor apparel, and adventure lifestyle products

• Strong vendor management skills with familiarity in UAE retail trends and consumer behavior

• Personal interest or hands-on experience in outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, or kayaking is a strong advantage
