Kempinski Hotels is seeking a professional and courteous Restaurant Waiter to join Villamore Restaurant in Dubai. The role involves providing exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and promoting sales in line with Kempinski’s luxury standards. The position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.

• Be fully knowledgeable of all menu items, services, and promotions offered.

• Present menus, answer questions about ingredients, portions, and dietary information.

• Upsell food and beverage items and suggest suitable alternatives.

• Accurately take and communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen.

• Serve meals and beverages, arrange table settings, and maintain a clean dining area.

• Deliver bills and process payments promptly.

• Monitor inventory to reduce wastage and ensure adequate supplies.

• Follow opening and closing procedures for the outlet.

• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, reporting to supervisors as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury five-star hotel.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of POS ordering systems is preferred.
