InterContinental® Hotel Dubai Festival City, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts – the world’s largest family of luxury hotels – is seeking a friendly and service-oriented F&B Server to join its In-Room Dining team. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver warm, professional service to create memorable dining experiences for guests staying in our luxury property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items for room service and minibar.

• Prepare service areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of equipment, glassware, cutlery, and table setups.

• Collect and check orders from the kitchen, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously to guest rooms.

• Follow proper telephone etiquette and guest interaction standards.

• Clear trays and carts from hallways and service areas promptly.

• Support in-room dining operations during peak times or absence of supervisors.

• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any defects.

• Maintain grooming standards and wear the designated uniform and name tag at all times.

• Assist with any additional duties as directed by the manager.
