Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor – Hospitality & Operations Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch service, and maintain high hospitality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff management, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to drive restaurant success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant employees, ensuring a well-functioning team.

  • Scheduling & Oversight: Organize staff work schedules to maintain smooth operations.

  • Quality Control: Conduct routine kitchen inspections to uphold hygiene and sanitation standards.

  • Food & Service Monitoring: Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to comply with safety regulations.

  • Guest Satisfaction: Check in with diners to gather feedback and enhance service quality.

  • Inventory Management: Ensure food supplies and restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.

  • Financial Oversight: Monitor cash flow, settle outstanding bills, and track financial transactions.

  • Customer Relations: Address guest feedback and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a hospitality supervisory role.
Leadership: Strong management skills with experience in team supervision.
Customer Service: Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Organization & Efficiency: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
