Position Title: Restaurant Steward
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to AED 3,500 per month (depending on experience & qualifications) + centralized tips
Job Location: Dubai Mall, Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a Restaurant Steward to join a boutique café in Dubai Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and dining areas, supporting food preparation, and ensuring compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, utensils, and dining areas.

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools.

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and handling.

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Asian nationals, male, aged 40 years old and below.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in stewarding or kitchen support.

• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
