Job Title: Restaurant Server

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You’ll work alongside your team to create a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient team dynamic, offering help whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations.

• Table Setup & Cleanliness: Quickly clear and set tables for incoming guests while maintaining a tidy and organized dining area throughout your shift.

• Customer Service: Address patron inquiries with excellent menu knowledge, offering suggestions and handling special preferences with care and attention.

• Food & Beverage Handling: Serve food and drinks while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

• Transaction Management: Accurately process customer transactions and ensure they leave the restaurant satisfied and happy.

• Team Support: Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation, presentation, and delivery to guests.

• Upselling: Skillfully suggest appetizers, beverages, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

Skills & Requirements:

• Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle customer concerns or complaints professionally, working to resolve issues quickly and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Adaptability: Able to stay calm and perform well under pressure, efficiently managing multiple tables at once in a dynamic setting.

• Menu Knowledge: Deep understanding of the menu, with the ability to describe dishes and suggest suitable combinations based on guests’ preferences.

• Upselling Skills: Excellent at promoting additional offerings, including special dishes, drinks, and desserts, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 0 – 1 years in a similar role.
