Key Responsibilities:

• Reservations Management: Handle reservations for our dining outlets, ensuring guest requests are met and that each guest has a memorable experience.

• Guest Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails, offering detailed information about venue locations, timings, special events, and theme nights.

• Guest Relations: Manage guest profiles, maintain accurate reservation records, and communicate with guests regarding restaurant policies, pricing, and promotions.

• Operational Knowledge: Stay informed about restaurant offerings, including daily specials, available and unavailable items, and seasonal promotions.

• Policy Adherence: Follow reservation policies, including handling credit card details for larger group bookings, and ensure adherence to dining policies such as dress codes, smoking areas, and kids’ policies.

• Team Collaboration: Report directly to the Supervisor for updates on reservation details and organizational changes, ensuring smooth daily operations in your assigned work area.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a college or university student.

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with guests.

• A second language is a plus.

• Passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work in a team and a positive, proactive attitude.
