About the Role

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Restaurant Reservation Agent for our renowned KIGO restaurant. This role is essential to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Accurately manage bookings, table allocations, and special requests.

• Communicate confirmations, VIP arrangements, and guest preferences.

• Coordinate with reception and service teams for smooth guest arrivals.

• Handle last-minute cancellations, adjustments, and waitlists.

• Track and report reservation trends to optimize capacity.

• Maintain high standards in guest data and reservation accuracy.

• Support promotional campaigns to drive traffic.

• Adhere to Four Seasons’ standards and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in hospitality or F&B reservations.

• Familiarity with booking systems such as OpenTable, Resy, or SevenRooms is an advantage.

• Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.

• Calm under pressure with a warm, professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
