Role Overview:
We are hiring a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of both front and back-of-house functions. This role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant functions, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and excellence in service, food quality, and hygiene.

• Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team to provide exceptional hospitality and proactive guest engagement.

• Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, control operating costs, and ensure accurate inventory and procurement processes.

• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, uphold brand presentation standards, and support marketing campaigns and customer feedback initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.

• Preference for candidates experienced in managing multi-outlet operations.

• Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

• Must be residing in the United Arab Emirates.
