Kitopi, a leading cloud kitchen operator, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The role involves leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food safety, and driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily QSR outlet operations, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.

• Manage, train, and mentor crew members, supervisors, and shift leaders.

• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and implement waste reduction strategies.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (local and corporate).

• Drive sales through upselling, marketing, and community engagement.

• Analyze P&L statements and manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to protect brand reputation.

• Implement corporate promotions and roll out new products effectively.
