About the Client:
Our client is a prominent hospitality venue in Dubai, celebrated for its immersive fine dining and upscale entertainment experiences. They are currently seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager with a passion for premium service and deep expertise in pre-opening luxury dining concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, ambiance, and guest satisfaction.

• Lead pre-opening activities, including hiring, training, and operational setup for a new or relaunched luxury venue.

• Collaborate with culinary and entertainment teams to deliver unforgettable dining experiences aligned with brand vision.

• Implement service standards, monitor quality control, and manage customer feedback.

• Train and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a high-performance and guest-centric culture.

• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and contribute to strategic planning for business growth.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the UAE, aged 40 years or below.

• Open to Asian, Arabic, and CIS nationals.

• Strong leadership experience in a premium or fine dining restaurant, preferably in Dubai.

• Prior experience in restaurant pre-opening, including team setup and training.

• In-depth knowledge of Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or Turkish language skills are a plus.

• Passionate about delivering luxury hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
