The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing fast-casual restaurants, especially within burger or sandwich concepts, and possess strong leadership skills, a guest-first mindset, and a flair for building positive, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-energy team.

• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.

• Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and restaurant finances.
