The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, a strong focus on guest experience, and a capacity for building and developing teams. The role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient functioning.

• Manage revenue, profitability, and quality goals for the restaurant.

• Provide the ultimate guest experience, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and development.

• Maintain high production, productivity, quality, and service standards.

• Lead the team to meet set targets and financial goals.

• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-service or fine/casual dining restaurant management.

• Experience with homegrown brands is highly desirable.

• Relevant qualifications in restaurant or hospitality management.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication.

• Proven track record in achieving targets and business growth.

• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of F&B industry best practices and management techniques.
