Role Overview:
As a Resource Regeneration Manager, you will lead the strategic expansion of Veolia UAE’s water and energy business lines in alignment with the company’s Green-Up strategy. The role focuses on innovation in water reuse, decarbonization, and sustainable infrastructure, with a primary market focus on Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives for securing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts for water treatment facilities (PO plants, STPs, industrial treatment).

• Identify and pursue new water and energy sector opportunities with a focus on reuse, RO, biogas, and waste-to-energy technologies.

• Develop and submit competitive technical and commercial tenders for water, sludge, and energy projects.

• Collaborate with Veolia Water Technologies to deliver end-to-end integrated water and environmental solutions.

• Build strong client relationships with industrial stakeholders and regulatory authorities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

• Manage financial analysis and profitability assessments for bids and projects.

• Lead proposal development, operational planning, and compliance with QHSE standards.

• Participate in market studies to identify trends in water reuse, decarbonization, and ecological innovation.

• Support multi-functional teams on forecasting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Natural Resource Management.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in water treatment, environmental technologies, or renewable energy.

• Proven leadership in O&M, infrastructure projects, and client relationship management.

• Deep knowledge of RO, STP, biogas, and waste-to-energy systems.

• Strong understanding of local compliance frameworks and permitting requirements.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and strong business analysis skills.

• Excellent communication in English (Arabic and/or French is an asset).

• Willingness to travel across the UAE and occasionally across the Middle East.
