HIGH WAY TRAVEL & TOURISM L.L.C is seeking a Reservation Agent to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and a passion for the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookings and assisting clients with travel reservations efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel bookings and reservations across various platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and itineraries.

• Update and maintain booking records accurately.

• Coordinate with travel service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators).

• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

• Resolve booking issues and ensure client satisfaction.

• Prepare daily reports and documentation related to reservations.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or tourism industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in Chinese language is a plus (given job title is in Chinese).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Customer-service oriented and problem-solving mindset.

• Familiarity with travel booking systems is an advantage.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
