The position involves managing end-to-end research initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development while driving innovation and transformation in market research.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead research projects from proposal to final presentation.

Design customized and commercially viable research strategies.

Support business development by engaging prospects, responding to RFPs, and contributing to sales goals.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Mentor and guide junior researchers, fostering professional development.

Contribute to team-building initiatives, training, and company events.

Manage freelance researchers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
