This role will lead full-cycle research projects, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making for top-tier clients. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative research expertise, exceptional client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead research projects from proposal development to final presentation.

Create innovative and commercially viable research proposals tailored to client needs.

Manage client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Drive business development to achieve sales targets, including responding to RFPs.

Mentor junior team members and support professional growth.

Participate in company-wide initiatives, training, CSR events, and team activities.

Oversee freelance researchers for project delivery when required.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven market research experience, preferably in quantitative methods.

Strong knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.

Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and commercial acumen.

Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
