Nuitree is offering an exciting Research and Development Internship opportunity in Dubai. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in food sciences, dairy, or chemistry-related disciplines. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to product development, formulation, benchtop trials, and quality testing, contributing to innovative plant-based and beverage product development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support product development activities including literature reviews, benchtop trials, raw material selection, and specification writing.

• Conduct physicochemical and sensory analyses of raw materials and product trials.

• Stay updated on plant-based and beverage product formulations through literature, competitor analysis, and scientific seminars.

• Maintain proper storage and documentation of raw materials and samples.

• Perform sampling, data collection, and analysis for trials.

• Ensure compliance with 5S workplace organization standards.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment.

• Prepare R&D documentation, including specifications and trial reports.

• Plan and schedule multiple assignments effectively.

• Perform additional R&D duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BSc in Food Sciences, Dairy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.

• Background in biochemistry, organic chemistry, microbiology, or analytical chemistry.

• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work with precision in laboratory tasks.
