We are hiring a Research and Development Engineer to lead innovation in refrigeration and HVAC solutions for a well-established engineering company based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of advanced commercial and industrial cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full-cycle design and development of cutting-edge refrigeration products and HVAC systems.

• Conduct product research, technical feasibility studies, and implement performance enhancements.

• Lead prototyping, testing, and data analysis to ensure quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Use CAD (SolidWorks) and simulation tools like MATLAB to support product design and development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D output with client needs and sustainability standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an R&D role focused on refrigeration, cooling systems, or HVAC.

• Proficient in CAD design software (SolidWorks) and advanced modeling tools like MATLAB.

• Hands-on experience with data acquisition systems and performing detailed performance analyses.

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, thermal dynamics, and mechanical systems design.

• Male candidates, aged 40 years and below, currently residing in the UAE.

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities.
