We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Project Manager for a leading civil construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Dubai Municipality Certificate (G+12) and demonstrate strong leadership, project oversight, and budget management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end execution of civil construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to safety regulations.

• Site Coordination: Supervise operations across multiple job sites; coordinate with engineers, site managers, and labor teams.

• Budget & Cost Control: Collaborate with the finance department for budget planning, monitor financials, and manage project cost variations.

• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure alignment with Dubai Municipality standards and safety guidelines; manage permits, regulatory submissions, and site documentation.

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors. Conduct regular project reviews and updates.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and swiftly address onsite challenges.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams; conduct evaluations and facilitate training sessions to ensure optimal team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• Experience: 7–10 years in project management within the UAE construction industry, with strong budget and multi-site coordination experience.

• Certification: Valid Dubai Municipality Certificate (G+12); PMP or equivalent is an added advantage.

• Skills: Proficient in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project), financial forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and decision-making abilities.

• Mobility: Must be willing to travel frequently to various sites in Dubai.
