Dxb Finance is looking for experienced Relationship Officers to join its dynamic sales team in Dubai. The role involves selling credit cards and loans, acquiring new clients, and building strong financial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Identify and acquire new clients to drive sales of banking products.
🔹 Promote loans & credit cards through direct sales & networking.
🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions.
🔹 Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
🔹 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
🔹 Ensure compliance with banking policies & regulatory standards.
🔹 Provide regular reports on sales performance & customer feedback.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Proven sales experience in banking, preferably in credit cards & loans.
✔ Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
✔ Knowledge of UAE banking regulations & financial products.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
