Emirates NBD, a leading financial institution in the MENAT region, is hiring a Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and grow client relationships within the Priority Banking segment. The role requires expertise in banking products, sales, and compliance to maximize client satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Priority Banking clients.
  • Develop and manage relationships to enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Offer personalized banking solutions across Assets, Liabilities, Investments, and Insurance.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Cross-sell bank products and services to increase customer engagement.
  • Identify and acquire new clients within the targeted salary segment.
  • Work closely with Product Specialists to offer tailored solutions.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
  • Maintain accurate KYC records and assess client risk tolerance.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and report any suspicious transactions.

Client Satisfaction & Market Awareness:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support.

Job Requirements:

📌 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services.
  • Knowledge of Retail Banking & Wealth Management is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills.
