Position Summary:

A prestigious Dubai-based real estate developer is hiring a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to drive sales and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing industries such as real estate, luxury retail, aviation, or hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Lead and support the sales team with coaching, training, and performance optimization.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including off-plan project sales.

• Monitor and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

• 1+ year of experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably in Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Aviation, or High-End Hospitality.

• Prior experience with off-plan or property developer sales is a strong advantage.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a proactive sales mindset.

• Must be based in the UAE and 40 years old or below.
