Job Overview:
Our client, a well-established Dubai-based real estate developer known for delivering iconic high-rise residential and commercial projects, is looking for an energetic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join their sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a flair for customer service, sales strategy, and high-value client engagement from sectors such as real estate, luxury retail, aviation, or hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.

Lead and support the sales team through coaching, goal-setting, and performance reviews.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, investors, and stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through innovative sales techniques.

Oversee and optimize the allocation of sales budgets and expenses.

Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and property showcases.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Real Estate, Aviation, High-End Hospitality, or Luxury Retail.

Strong preference for candidates with off-plan or developer sales experience.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Confident, driven, and professional demeanor.

Must be based in the UAE and 40 years of age or below.
